I visited The New Forest this weekend to see friends and family. I had one morning free to take a country walk around the area I grew up. These are the results.
I was always surprised how inspiring just walking around could be. Recently I was walking around an abandoned greenhouse/factory and the desolate spookiness inspired me to sketch away!
It didn't, however, inspire me to scan and blog away....

Beautiful birds and random country charm!
country visits are the absolute best! My mom lives sort of far out in California on a lake and its so refreshing to absorb it all.
