Very interesting video doodle for Christmas Day this year.... any particular reason why it didn't have Christmas music? I think that would have really been nice.
Just got linked here after seeing your write up on the Doodles archive page (https://www.google.com/doodles/holidays-2014-day-3)... I just always wanted to ask an insider of Google - why is it that the logos that always appear on December 25 never mention Christmas? In the write-up you did at that link above, you mention "Holidays" and "holiday" but never Christmas... is there any particular reason for this? The holiday on December 25 is Christmas, why doesn't Google wish to acknowledge or celebrate that? Not trying to be offensive - just genuinely curious.

Hi PA- On the whole Google does not celebrate any religious holidays. What we do celebrate is humour, warmth and caring for each other.
Your question is not offensive at all, but perhaps highlighting a religion that some people do not follow could be. I hope this helps.
Wonderful animations and what a great style you have developed.
happy holidays
Steve
